"kicks serious arse... it's wonderful to see a book that really has something to say"
Tansy Rayner Roberts

"a strong and diverse collection"

Recent changes to our industrial landscape have seen the end of a system that was unique to Australia. Whether the new rules will safeguard Australia's future in a competitive world, or forever entrench unfairness in our society, it's fair to say that the Australian workplace will never be the same.

In this anthology, Australia's finest speculative writers imagine what the future holds for the Australian worker.

The future of work is here.

THE WORKERS' PARADISE will be edited by Russell B. Farr and Nick Evans and is scheduled for release in October 2007.

This anthology contains over 70,000 words from some of Australia's best new genre talent. Contents:

"Ajudication" — Simon Brown
"The Working Dead of Heehaw's Australia" — Jenny Schwartz
"Right to Work" — Cat Sparks
"Winning Ways" — David Walker
